Blacks: Genetically Equal?

[Human] hemoglobin is the part of the red blood cells which carries oxygen. Blacks have abnormal hemoglobin more often than Whites, leading them to various health problems.

Our question: just what do our popular-culture-masters mean when they say that "Blacks are equal to Whites?"

[Trivia: Black males have more of the hormone testosterone than any other humans, which is why Black males are often referred to as being penises-with-legs, i.e., oversexed].
