Affirmative Action
"Affirmative Action" -- even the name is bogus: "Yes action?" or "agreement action?" What does that mean?
Under Affirmative Action, an American company which employs more than 15 people must not, by law, exclude any person from employment due to that person's race or sex, and, if that company does not have enough Blacks or Browns or women within it, it could face legal trouble from the federal government [1].
Americans are told that Affirmative Action is simply about giving racial minorities a chance to succeed in school or in a vocation. But Affirmative Action is simply another attack upon White Western culture disguised as a noble or humane gesture. Few people understand that Affirmative Action has resulted in a lowering of standards all across America and the West, at schools, companies, corporations, and military facilities. Blacks and Browns often could not 'make the grade' on their own merits. Their test scores at various institutions prevented
them from entering, or graduating from, certain schools and institutions. Instead of barring Blacks and Browns from those facilities -- which could not be done legally due to the 1964 Civil Rights Act and other laws -- those institutions were forced to lower their achievement bar so that Blacks and Browns could enter and/or graduate from those facilities. The upshot to that feature? There can be no doubt that some doctors, nurses, lab technicians, pilots and other professionals working in America are not truly qualified, since they would likely not have entered/graduated from certain facilities before the achievement bar was lowered. Think about the overall consequences to our society of that lowering of the achievement bar for a second.
