Human IQ

IQ tests were popular in public schools in America until rather recently [1]. Why did the practice of IQ testing lose favor? Because good, culture-free IQ tests show that Blacks and other minorities score lower on those tests than Whites -- in other words that those minorities are, on average, less intelligent than Whites. Affirmative Action is now the law of the land in America, and that Action would be strongly rejected by the public if that public knew that that Action was forcing the less-intelligent-as-a-group onto businesses and state agencies.
